South Bay Fishing in the City - Los Gatos Creek County Park Percolation Ponds
About this event
South Bay Fishing in the City is a program that teaches children how to fish. It is organized by Santa Clara County Parks and the Dept of Fish and Wildlife. It is a two-day event 3/29 and 3/30 at the Campbell Perc Ponds near our casting ponds. The DFW will stock the ponds with trout and catfish. Volunteers are needed to help the children learn basic techniques such as knot tying, casting, rigging, etc. Please consider joining us for one or both days. Volunteer hours are 7:30 to 12:30 (lunch provided). Additional dates are 4/12/25 and 5/4/25 at Ed Levin Park-Sandy Wool Lake. The club contact is John Reyes 408-499-8306 john_reyes@outlook.com
